FAQ

Ace is a conversational AI Agent that was created as a solution for schools that struggle with support using Google Workspace and associated Google products for education.

Privacy Policy

At The Air Assist, we protect your privacy by design. Ace does not collect or store any personal information. When you use Ace, your interactions remain anonymous. We only capture limited usage patterns—such as the types of questions asked and general engagement activity. We aggregate and anonymize this data to improve Ace and provide schools with high-level insights.

We host Ace on secure cloud infrastructure and use Google Cloud for anonymized analytics. We encrypt all data in transit and at rest. Ace complies with FERPA, COPPA, and common state student data privacy laws. Ace never accesses student accounts, never stores personal information, and never shares data with third parties.

If you have questions about privacy or data use, contact us at [email protected].

Secure Infrastructure

Ace runs on Vercel, a trusted global cloud platform. We use Vercel Authentication and deployment protection methods such as role-based access (RBAC) to ensure only authorized users access the service. Vercel encrypts all connections via HTTPS, and we do not store any personal data in the system. With anonymized usage analytics processed through Google Cloud, Ace provides a secure and compliant infrastructure aligned with FERPA and COPPA principles.

Security & Compliance

Ace follows FERPA, COPPA, and K–12 data privacy standards by design. The system accesses only publicly available documentation and avoids collecting or storing personal information, reducing privacy and security risks. We rely on strict access controls, encryption, and anonymized data processing to maintain a strong compliance posture.

Implementation & Access

Ace provides a fully live, secure solution that schools can deploy immediately. When a new school partners with us, we create a dedicated access link and issue login credentials for authorized users. Staff can add the Ace icon to their devices or bookmarks for quick, consistent access.

Schools can also connect Ace to their existing Google Workspace authentication services, giving staff a seamless and familiar sign-in experience. After a school purchases seats, its team receives user credentials or assignment options and can start using Ace right away.

We host Ace on Vercel, which delivers high-end security protections and reliable performance. Our authentication controls remain active at all times, and we continuously capture anonymized usage data to support long-term insights and scaling needs.
